The new thing in health and fitness is 30 day challenges. I have seen 30 paleo challenge, 30 No alcohol challenge, 30 Day yoga challenge just to name a few. I like the idea of the 30 day challenge however its not really 30 days you have to think about... its one week. Why? Because very few of us go grocery shopping for 30 days. So my goal is to have a 7 day challenge 4 times.
I usually shop at least once a week, I buy foods that store well or are frozen once a week and I get produce and fruits that last about 3 days. (The truth be told the other reason is that if I do not eat it all not as much goes bad).
So that is the idea behind this blog.
Don't get me wrong I am the classic Yo-Yo Dieter. I have lost 80+ pounds 3 different times. WTF. Now I get to do it a 4th. You can check out my story on the other tab I don't want to waste time here.
