Today is the beginning of the rest of my life. I'll update on a static page where I am right now (as I write day one).
The goal to lose ~100 lbs or to 18% body fat.
How I plan to do it:
Food: No grains / no dairy / no processed foods and as little added sugar as possible.
Exercise: Build to 1 hour of cardio. Strength training 4 times a week 2 days upper body 2 days lower body.
It may seem really simple and it kind of is. Eating only whole foods with healthy fats, fruits and nuts isn't as easy as it sounds however it does work.
Eating is the most important way to control weight and lose fat. Exercise helps it happen faster and dramatically changes the way you look more.
Since I'm the only one reading this shit I'm gonna update a lot with a lot of little shit.
