Day One Part 2

I went to the gym and upper body lifted. I also walked 2 miles on the treadmill.

Food I had eggs and sausage then for dinner a spaghetti squash meal as well and snacked on beef jerky and cashews.

Walked 45 min on treadmill I did hit 10K in steps. Food wise I was good. The biggest source of carbs for me seems to be from Cliff Protein ...
