Day 2

Walked 45 min on treadmill I did hit 10K in steps.

Food wise I was good. The biggest source of carbs for me seems to be from Cliff Protein bars. (yes I know that isn't the best for me but it's better than a lot of my choices).

So no overt cheating and no soda.
